Digital Ad Certificate Rules and Procedures

For Students

  1. Introduction
    Digital Ad Certificate is a training course with a focus on learning and the development of knowledge and skills within the field of digital marketing.
    By confirming their spot in the program, students accept the terms and conditions outlined below.
  2. CODE OF CONDUCT
    The DIGITAL AD CERTIFICATE (ALEPH) team seeks to provide a space that is conducive to learning and free of distractions. Any behaviors which are detrimental to the wellbeing or safety of other students, and/or DIGITAL AD CERTIFICATE (ALEPH) representatives, will be considered inappropriate. The following situations will result in a warning from the DIGITAL AD CERTIFICATE (ALEPH) team, and could result in the student being withdrawn from the course.
    -Violent behavior or threats toward students, teachers, tutors, or anyone on the DIGITAL AD CERTIFICATE (ALEPH) team will not be tolerated.
    -Disrespectful language or verbal abuse toward students, teachers, tutors, or anyone on the DIGITAL AD CERTIFICATE (ALEPH) team will not be tolerated.
    -Falsification, alteration, or inappropriate use of documents, materials, or other information provided by DIGITAL AD CERTIFICATE (ALEPH) will not be tolerated.
    -The utilization of this service to transmit, display, or make available messages, content, or any other material which is illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invades the privacy of others, or violates or infringes upon copyrights, registered trademarks, patents, trade secrets, or other intellectual property rights will not be tolerated.
    -The utilization of any of the platform’s internal chat channels for non-educational purposes or actions not in line with what has been communicated by students, teachers, tutors, or anyone on the DIGITAL AD CERTIFICATE (ALEPH) team upon opening said channels, will not be tolerated. In the event that any behavior which could alter the common order of these channels is observed, the student will be given a warning, and if their demeanor does not change, they will be removed from the platform’s internal chat and will lose the ability to communicate with their tutor and teacher. As part of the course, students make a commitment to not interrupt or make any attempt to interrupt the operation of the service in any way.
    During the courses, students are expected to behave in an appropriate and respectful manner, with a high standard of good manners and respect for others. If a student, at the absolute discretion of DIGITAL AD CERTIFICATE (ALEPH), is considered to be disruptive to the community, they will be liable to penalties. Any violation of that which is set forth in the present document will be subject to review, and any corresponding actions that the company decides to take based on their consideration, including exercising the right to terminate the service. The company reserves the right to make decisions regarding admission and continuity of students. Potential penalties include:
    – Warning notification
    – ExpulsionThe Student Coordinator will be responsible for determining and applying such penalties, based on the seriousness of the infraction or disruption. In the event that a student is penalized with expulsion, this student will be prohibited from signing up for any other cohort, and cannot be readmitted in the Digital Ad Certificate program.
  3. PROCEDURE FOR INTERNAL COMPLAINTS
    In the event of an incident, students may express their concerns or worries directly to their coach, who will try to resolve the situation.
    If a solution is not reached, the student and/or coach must present the case to the Student Coordinator, providing them with a detailed description of the incident via email ([email protected]). The Student Coordinator will investigate the complaint and provide a response via email, without delay.
    The Digital Ad Certificate team will try to resolve all complaints as quickly as possible.
    In the event that an incident escalates, the Project Manager will make the definitive decision based on the Digital Ad Certificate complaints procedure.
