Learning Methodology

Synchronous Methodology

For students to deepen their understanding and incorporate course content, two live sessions are held each week for a 2-hour-long via Zoom. “Synchronous” means live.

These classes employ a group work methodology intended to encourage collaborative learning and the development of soft skills. You will review, discuss, and debate the content for each class with peers. The exchange of ideas motivates deeper reflection and curiosity, resulting in a more profound learning experience.

This is a Zoom tutorial for you:

What is the group’s methodology?

You will work in small, randomized groups (breakout groups), meaning that for each class, they will be assigned a different group. Any repetition of group mates will be random. The distribution of students within groups favors diversity and harnessing each individual’s potential.

The main goal of working in groups is to discuss among classmates and to encourage growth and collective learning. If you cannot answer a question or resolve an inquiry within their small group, you may escalate it to the coach. If the coach is unable to offer a resolution, they will consult the Aleph team to provide an appropriate answer.

This methodology provides several benefits for you. It improves academic results, as well as soft skills such as leadership, communication, exchange of ideas, and problem-solving.

Learning materials on-demand

Lessons and topics will be unlocked before the live sessions. Then, the course materials will be always available on-demand via the Digital Ad Expert platform. This allows students to review the course content as many times as they wish. The content includes a variety of formats, including text, video, images, and presentations.
