Introduction to Google

Google is a company founded in September 1998 whose main product is a search engine.

What makes Google stand out from other search engines is how easy it is to use. The main page is limited to the company logo, a search box (to enter the search terms), and several links to other Google services.

Google has several commands and tools that allow users to refine their searches. If a user wants to search for a verbatim phrase, for example, they must enclose the terms in quotation marks.

Among Google’s most popular services, aside from the search engine, are Gmail (email), Google Maps, AdSense (online advertising system), YouTube (video portal acquired in 2006), and Blogger (a platform for creating blogs).

Google also offers Google Ads, an online advertising program. Using this program, companies can create online ads that reach people at the exact moment when they are interested in the products and services they offer.

  • Google is a marketing product that can be used to promote a company, sell products or services, make a company known, and increase traffic to a website.
  • Google Ads accounts are managed online, so you can create and change your ad campaign at any time, including your ad text, settings, and budget.
  • There is no minimum investment requirement. You can set and control your budget independently. The user chooses where the ad appears, sets a budget that works for them, and easily measures its impact.
